Moozapp, Inc. — Terms & Conditions

Introduction Welcome to Moozapp, a platform operated by Moozapp, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Moozapp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moozapp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
Definitions Artist: A user who creates, uploads, or distributes content on the Platform for fans or subscribers. Fan: A user who subscribes to or interacts with an Artist’s content, including through payments or communications. Content: Any materials uploaded, streamed, or shared through the Platform, including audio, video, images, text, data, and metadata. Subscription: A paid membership that allows a Fan to access certain Artist content for a defined period. Stripe Connect: The third-party payment processing system used by Moozapp for all financial transactions. Service Fees: The portion of payments retained by Moozapp to support platform operations and services. DPF: The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and associated UK/Swiss extensions.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Moozapp. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Registration You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and maintain security of your credentials.
Artist and Fan Roles Artists may publish and monetize original content and grant Moozapp a limited license to host and display it. Fans may subscribe to Artists and access content, agreeing not to redistribute it.
Payments and Fees Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Artists set subscription prices; Moozapp deducts service and transaction fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds only as required by law.
Taxes Artists are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on income earned through Moozapp.
Content Ownership and Use Artists retain ownership but grant Moozapp a limited license to host and distribute their content. Fans may not reuse or distribute content without permission.
Prohibited Conduct You may not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, post infringing material, or interfere with the Platform.
DMCA and Copyright Complaints Send DMCA notices to legal@moozapp.com with your contact information, description of the infringing material, proof of ownership, and statement under penalty of perjury.
Data Privacy and Transfers Moozapp, Inc. participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and uses standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where applicable. EU/UK users may exercise GDPR rights by contacting privacy@moozapp.com.
Termination You may terminate your account anytime. Moozapp may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or inactivity.
Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability Moozapp’s total liability shall not exceed $100 or total fees paid by the user during the last six months.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moozapp, Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Platform.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA. No class, collective, or representative actions allowed.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Modifications Moozapp may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
